Irish Carbomb Cupcakes for St. Patrick's Day

Scrolling few Pinterest I found some great cupcake ideas for St. Patrick's Day! I always like to bring something to Ty's daycare, but I also found a great recipe for some ADULT cupcakes from http://javacupcake.com/2010/01/irish-car-bomb-cupcakes-revisited/

This is the Irish Carbomb Cupcake! The cupcake is made with Guinness. The frosting is Bailey's Buttercream. and there is a Jameson chocolate ganache in between.
I am not a cupcake or baking expert by any means, but the directions are very thorough and relatively easy to follow as long as you have all the ingredients!

The full batch! All garnished with some festive sprinkles and a Lucky Charm marshmallow! Also so yummy!

And last, the kids cupcakes! Simply boxed Funfetti cupcakes, with some green food coloring, also topped with Vanilla frosting dyed different shades of green, a variety of green sprinkles, and a Lucky Charm Marshmallow! Always yummy for the kids!

Happy Green Day!!
